Answer by char-x for Proxy settings aren't honoured

The issue seems to still exist in 3.3.0.16 (Rokua) I tried to solve it with setting the proxy manually in the browsers about:config, but the values for proxy type and http proxy port can not be changed. The device used is a Xperia X. And the proxy is a http proxy.
